Pricing questions

What counts as a synced event? +

An event is a single Stripe occurrence that BookSyncer processes into e-conomic — a finalized invoice, a payment, a refund, or a payout. If one paid invoice produces an invoice booking, a payment voucher and a fee voucher, that is still one event. Events that BookSyncer only records for analytics (like a failed payment) do not count toward your limit.

What happens if I go over my plan limit? +

Nothing is lost. When you reach your monthly limit, syncing pauses safely — new Stripe events are held in a queue rather than dropped. The moment you upgrade, the held events are released and booked in order, so your books catch up exactly where they left off. You will get an in-app nudge and an email before and when you hit the limit.

Is there a trial of the paid features? +

Yes — every paid plan includes a 14-day trial, no card required to start. You can explore auto-booking, higher volumes and everything else, and only pay if you decide to keep it.

Can I change plans later? +

Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. Your full history stays intact across plan changes.
